Sucky Service at Starbucks

So, the other day I walked over to the Starbucks and got my new "it" drink for my liking (Caramel Iced Coffee with EXTRA caramel sauce, AND syrup, AND room for crème!). And the one "barista" made my drink, with no room for crème, but whatever, its ok.

I just went there, and I ordered a different drink today, (from the same “barista” as yesterday) and requested NO WHIPPED CREME (because it's gross!), had I not been there watching her every move, I would’ve got Whipped Crème on my drink. What gets me mad about this whole thing here is that I've ordered drinks from her before and requested no whipped crème, and she STILL put it, and when I tell her I didn’t want that on there she’d just look at ME like I'm wrong. Your café has signs all over saying “if your drink isn’t made the way you wanted, we will fix it”. That being their policy, I would think they would do it with a smile, or an apology. What ever happened to “the customer is always right”? After I stopped her from putting the whipped crème on top of my drink, she asked if I still wanted the caramel and chocolate on top, I replied, yes, and would you please put a dome lid on that for me? She then answered “I don’t think I’d be able to put a flat lid on top” (she wants to talk back to me now?) so I said, some people do! Because its true! I ask, and they still put a flat lid on there.

I’m not OCD, but I ask for the dome lid specifically because the chocolate and caramel toppings don’t get stuck to it! DUH!
